29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches, whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) Thunderbolt Builders, Inc. at 416 Wind River Drive, Windsor, CO 80550: On or before June 9, 2012, the employer did not ensure that a stairway with 7 steps, each 8" high, and 50" wide, was equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10'.
