29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: a) Jobsite - 2000 Parrish Street - The working levels of the 4th & 5th levels of the tubular welded scaffold were not fully planked between the front and rear uprights. Observed on about 4/30/12.
