29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o) a) West side, Sealer Department, L-Sealer Machines #1, #2, #3, #4 off the aisle, did not have pulley guards on an approximately 3" diameter pulley, driven by 1/2" belt, located approximately 35" off the flloor. Employee caught his finger in the in-going nip point of machine #2; On or about 04/25/12. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
