29 CFR 1910.119(l)(2): The employer did not implement Management of Change (MOC) procedures that addressed all the requirements of paragraphs (I through (v) of this section: (a)Knouse Foods, Orrtanna, PA, Plant - The employer initiated MOCs and performed the associated changes and did not complete the technical basis for the changes and the impact of the changes on safety and health. Condition was noted on or about March 2, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
