29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer didn't establish and implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment. Throughout the Production area, Valve Installation Procedures: The employer has not developed any procedures for ensuring that process valves are installed in a manner consistent with accepted engineering practices and/or manufacturers guidelines. The purpose of the procedures is to maintain the mechanical integrity of the system and to ensure consistent installation/replacement of process valves. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
