Section 6(a) of Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and place of employment wich were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the entrance and exit doors of the Carnegie library, the doors were observed without its handles. The employees had to push the door and introduce their hands between the doors to open it. The employees were accommodating an finding books. Hazard: Catch by the doors. Among other correction method, a feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is fix the door handles. En las puertas de entrada y salida de la biblioteca Carnegie, estas fueron observadas sin los mangos. Los empleados tenian que empujar las mismas para meter las manos entre media de estas para poderlas abrir. Los empleados estaban acomodando y buscando libros. Riesgo: Pillado por las puertas.
