The employees had to push the door and introduce their hands between the doors to open it. The employees were accommodating an finding books. Hazard: Catch by the doors. Among other correction method, a feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is fix the door handles. En las puertas de entrada y salida de la biblioteca Carnegie, estas fueron observadas sin los mangos. Los empleados tenian que empujar las mismas para meter las manos entre media de estas para poderlas abrir. Los empleados estaban acomodando y buscando libros. Riesgo: Pillado por las puertas. Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este problema es arreglar los mangos de las puertas.
