Title 40.1-51.1.(A), Code of Virginia: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: possible falls from elevation and electrical shock while using the Model 45HA, JLG aerial lift as the operating manual for the aerial lift was not in the storage plastic box on the lift and not available to the employee working on the job site at 3444 Western Branch Blvd., Chesapeake, Va.. "One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct this hazard is to adhere to Section 8.11, American National Standards Institute A92.2- 1990, Safety Code for Vehicle-Mounted Elevating and Rotating Aerial Devices: The owner and user shall insure that the operating manual(s) is stored on the mobile unit.e
