29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: Employees working in the Oat Cluster Room were exposed to injury from an in-going nip point hazard. Two sprockets and chain drive from the spray roller motor were not provided with a guard. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
