Behind the drill press and beside the work bench of the maintenance building North Wall The employer is failing to ensure that unused openings in boxes are enclosed to prevent employee contact with live parts. Specifically, a hole was knocked of a 4x4 metal electrical box used to house a 110 v outlet.
