29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Prep Room, on or about February 25, 2026 - The employer did not ensure employees who were exposed to corrosive material were provided suitable facilities for the quick drenching of the eyes and body within their work areas. In addition, the employer did not ensure eyewash stations were located on the same level as the hazard. Employees handle corrosive material including high calcium hydrated lime.
