29 CFR 1926.960(c)(2)(i): When and employee used rubber insulating gloves as insulation from energized parts, the employer did not ensure that rubber insulating sleeves were also used: a) On or about October 7, 2025, at the Motiva 7th Reservoir Unit, employees installed equipment cover on energized conductors without wearing rubber-insulating sleeves to guard against contact with energized parts. b) On or about October 13, 2025, at the Motiva 7th Reservoir Unit, employees transferred energized conductors without wearing rubber-insulating sleeves to guard against contact with energized parts.
