29 CFR 1910.151(c):Suitable facilities for quick flushing of the eyes were not available for immediate emergency use. a) Warehouse -cleaning chemical storage area: On September 16, 2025, for employees working in the store, the employer did not provide immediate access to quick flushing facilities for eyes when using corrosive cleaning chemicals. Employees use corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to Suma Foam Free Oven and Fryer cleaner and Pro Strip Ultra Floor Stripper which can damage the eyes or skin. b) Warehouse outside of forklift charging station: On September 16, 2025, for employees working and charging PIT, the employer did not provide immediate access to quick flushing facilities for eyes when working with batteries containing acid which is a corrosive.
