29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) At 15001 Gasparilla Road Placida, Florida 33946: On or about 9/5/2025, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards while loading and unloading vessel procedures at the edge of the dock without wearing any type of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as, a U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device (PFD).
