29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(v): At the time of initial assignment and annually thereafter, the employer did not instruct every employee in the safe operation and servicing of all covered equipment with which he is or will be involved, including locking out electrical power before performing maintenance on farmstead equipment: On or about August 20, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in maintenance on components of the manure management system including, but not limited to DariTech, Greenline 250 Pumps, DT360 Manure Separators, Agitators and a Decanter Centrifuge, were first instructed on safe servicing of the associated equipment. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while performing maintenance activities.
