29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) On July 15, 2025, and times prior to, employees using grinders were exposed to fire and electrical shock hazards as each grinder pulled power from the adjacent grinder. Approximately 6 grinders were plugged into one another in a line powered by a single drop down outlet (240v) plug. NOTE: Abatement certification is required for this item.
