29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed: a) Freestone Station Subdivision; Lot 11: On or about June 26, 2025 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that a section of an extension ladder was laid down on a 12:12 pitch roof for traction while employees were working around it installing siding at heights over 20 feet to ground level. The ladder also presented a tripping hazard due to employees having to step over the rungs.
