29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Scaffold platforms were bridged on to another. (a) On or about June 23, 2025, the employer did not ensure that ladder jack scaffolding being used on the south side of the jobsite were not bridged over one another where employees were working. Exposing employees to a fall of approximately 9 feet to the ground below.
