29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a)Watertown Ford Chrysler at 1600 9th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to June 12, 2025, the employer did not ensure that eye wash stations were provided within the Quick Lane department within the pit area for immediate emergency use while utilizing corrosive materials. This condition exposed employees to eye injuries and burn hazards. (b)Watertown Ford Chrysler at 1600 9th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to June 12, 2025, the employer did not ensure that eye wash stations were provided within the Service department along the south wall for immediate emergency use while utilizing corrosive materials. This condition exposed employees to eye injuries and burn hazards.
