29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6):Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level: At the temporary jobsite located at 437 N Timberidge Cir. Wichita, KS 67230, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12.4 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below in that the ladder used to access and egress the roof was not set up on a stable and level surface causing it to deflect to the side.
