29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Electric equipment was used without markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary were missing: a) 1525 McKee Road Dover, DE 19904 (Press #13): On or about May 8, 2025, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards when an electrical switch attached to Press # 13 did not have markings identifying voltage, current, wattage, or arc flash rating for employees that work on electrical equipment.
