29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the unsecured plywood was not secured to the forks and the forklift was left unattended while the stacked plywood platform was occupied: a) 4807 Long Beach Blvd., Beach Haven, NJ: Employee engaged in framing installation and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, roughly 20 feet to the ground surface below, when standing on unsecured plywood that was raised in the air by a JLG Skytrak 8042 near the second-floor level area on the side of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 04/24/2025. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
