29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a. In the shop area, at 291 Springview Commerce Drive, Debary, Florida: On or about April 8, 2025, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards, in that the sprocket wheel and chain was not guarded for the 12-foot collapsible cantilever mandrel for employees during fabrication work.
