29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a- 919 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville NJ: On or about 04/03/25 a portable electric DeWalt DWE 575, in use by the workers, was observed being powered with a flexible cord that was not provided with strain relief as result of having been previously damaged and replaced by the company worksite Foreman.
