29 CFR 1910.179(j)(1)(ii)(b): Periodic inspection were not conducted; At the worksite located at 7475 W US HWY 60, Republic, MO 65738, employees were exposed to struck by and crushed by hazards while operating company overhead cranes. The employer did not ensure Periodic(annual) inspections were not being conducted. Instances of exposure include but are not limited to: Instance 1. Dayton 1/2-ton overhead cranes in the can paint room/booth. Instance 2. Buddict 2-ton overhead crane, Dayton 1/2-ton overhead cranes, and Yale 1/2-ton cranes in the fabrication area.
