29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On the roofs of Buildings 2916 and 2922 at the site, located at Royal Tuscan Lane, Valrico, FL 33594, on or about 3/25/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were performing roofing work on approximately 8.5 ft tall roofs without any fall protection.
