29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(i):Flexible cords and cables were not approved for conditions of use and location: a) On or about 03/06/2025, at the Mazak Nexus 350-II machine; Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when an extension cords was used to power the oil skimmer and a hand tool battery charger. b) On or about 03/06/2025, in the GRT-New part of shop area; Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when an extension cord was dropped from the ceiling at the Kellenburg machine and used to run a coolant pump. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
