29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i):Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a. On or about February 26, 2025, in the fabrication bay; I-beams and other materials were not kept orderly, which allowed employees to maneuver safely throughout the bay areas. b. On or about February 26, 2025, in the spray area, employees paint the I-beams using paint from a 55-gallon drum, and there were hoses and cables tangled on the ground.
