29 CFR 1915.159(c)(4): Lifelines and lanyards were not protected against cuts, abrasions, burns from hot work operations and deterioration by acids, solvents, and other chemicals. On or about February 23, 2025, on the starboard side of the vessel, an employee used a green synthetic rope for a fall protection system over the edge of the vessel without ensuring the rope was protected from cuts and abrasions.
