29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: a) Warehouse, welding areas - On or about 02/20/2025 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to health hazards associated with retinal burns in that, the employer allowed welding operations without the use of welding flameproof screens while employees engaged in welding operations and other employees worked in adjacent area.
