29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rests on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of 1/8 inch: (a)National Food NW LLC, at 25351 National Avenue, Plankinton, SD 57368: On or about and at times prior to February 21, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the work rest on the Jet Bench Grinder used in the maintenance room was adjusted to allow a max opening of 1/8 inch. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards associated with grinding wheel breakage.
