29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone. On or about February 14, 2025, and at times prior to, within the north side of the slitter production building at the Red Bud Industries Slitting Line Machine, employees were placed in the danger zone when using a hand tool to assist with the transfer of the coils of slitted steel.
