29 CFR 1910.269(u)(4)(iii):Unqualified persons may not enter the rooms or other spaces while the electric supply lines or equipment are energized. On or about February 8, 2025 and at times prior to, at the NW, NE, SW and New Building Substations, employees of a subcontractor performing maintenance and testing on energized equipment were not prohibited from entering the room to perform their work assignment when equipment was energized.
