29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) 4432 South Frontage Rd, Billings MT: On or about February 11, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using chemicals including, but not limited to Sulfuric Acid (Alumabright), Acetone, Methyl Ethyl Ketone (Finish 1 Wash Solvent FT 220) to perform vehicle detailing. The employer failed to develop a hazard communication program that included employee training, container labeling and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets for the hazardous chemicals at the facility.
