29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) On or about February 10, 2025, at the Construction Site - Station No. P904: an employee was exposed to an approximate 10 ft fall hazard, in that, the the top step of a Werner (Model Number: P6208 Mk3) A-frame ladder was used to reach the Gazebo roof.
