29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Located at 48241 Genesis Drive, Coshocton, OH 43812: On or about February 5, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that each employee exposed to a fall hazard was trained on the hazards of falling and the procedures to minimize the hazards in the work area. As a result, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 11 feet while performing residential construction.
