29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): All lamps for general illumination were not protected as required and/or brass shell, paper-lined sockets, or other metal-cased sockets were used when the shell was not grounded: a) Main Building - On or about February 5, 2025, employees were exposed to a shock hazard when operating the Big Press from a clamp lamp shell that was not grounded nor was the light bulb protected against accidental damage. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
