29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, as required by �1960.8(b): a) In the basement of Building 2C, in room B124-2, located at 1826 Veterans Blvd, Dublin, GA, on or about February 5, 2025, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that employees were directed to work in areas where water leaked onto electrical cabinets which were not rated for damp or wet environments.
