29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: On or about January 29, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that combustible waste materials in the coil room were stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily when paper towels saturated with various solvents were thrown away in an open trash can and accumulated over several days.
