29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) Worksite, rear of residential building: On or about January 27, 2025, employees were manually felling an approximately 70' tree and the employer did not ensure that each employee was wearing a protective helmet. An employee was struck in the head by the tree and sustained multiple skull fractures.
