29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i): Lockout or tagout devices were not affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees: a) Hammond's Candies, 5735 N Washington Street, Denver CO 80216: On or about January 24, 2025, devices used for isolating /blocking hazardous energy sources and/or for awareness when servicing activities are in progress were not affixed to the Caramel Wrapping Machine, thus exposing employees tasked with clearing jams to hazards created by the unintended start-up of the machinery.
