29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3):The employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, did not prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and did not keep objects that could fall far enough away from the edge of a higher level so that those objects would not go over the edge if they were accidentally displaced. a) Jobsite located at 3615 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 on or about January 22, 2025 - The employer did not ensure the area below was barricaded to prevent employees from entering while the employees were engaged in trolleying out a Gass, model SS-667R1 Flying Table shoring from the twenty-first level of a building, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
