29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, such as damaged electrical insulation: At the commercial worksite located at 2818 North Oak Grove Avenue, Springfield, Missouri: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. a) The VIS Automated Aluminum Wheel polishing machine was connected to the Grizzly dust collector. The dust collector or was plugged into an extension cord that had exposed wires. b) The angle grinder used to polish aluminum was plugged into an extension cord that had exposed wires.
