29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices, including signs, signals, markings, barricades, and other devices, used for protection of construction workers, did not conform to Part 6 of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices ("MUTCD"), incorporated by reference in 29 CFR 1926.6: a) On or about January 16, 2025, near the westbound lane of West Orem Drive, employees were preparing the sidewalk for concrete to be poured in a work zone without required traffic control devices in place.
