29 CFR 1926.1101(e)(1): All Class I, II, and III asbestos work was not conducted within regulated areas: (a) Former Hotel Property at 677 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 - On or about December 20th, 2024, Concrete Construction Company did not conduct Class I and Class II asbestos work within a regulated area. The employer conducted demolition, and subsequent removal of floor tile, sheet vinyl, mastic, window glazing, and duct material, which contained up to 60% chrysotile asbestos. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
