29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed: a) Charlotte High School-4115 Lake Avenue, Rochester, NY, Auditorium - On or about December 2, 2024 through December 4, 2024 - where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, including where Class I asbestos work including hand scraping of acoustical plaster ceiling containing 5.8% Chrysotile asbestos and/or presumed asbestos containing material, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
