29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: Jesus Quevedo is failing to protect his employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on December 11, 2024 at the job site located at 4723 North Saker St., Wichita, KS 67219 when Jesus Quevedo had his employees engaged in residential roofing activities, used an aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend 3 feet from the eave of the roof.
