29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii):The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: On or about November 26, 2024, and times prior thereto, in the chemical measuring and manufacturing area, the employer failed to evaluate and/or make a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the containment's chemical state and physical form for employees mixing chemicals such as but not limited to Aluminum powder ( AMS-1), Thermite, Iron Oxide (Red/Black) and Sodium Silicate.
