29 CFR 1910.307(c)(3): The equipment used in the hazardous(classified) location was not of the type and design that would protect from the hazards arising from the combustibility and flammability of vapors, liquids, gases, dusts, or other fibers involved: a) Johns Manville Corp- On or about December 4, 2024, employees were exposed to flash fire and fire hazards from the use of electrical equipment in a Class III environment that would not protect from the combustible dust hazard in the establishment. Abatement certification and documentation required.
