29 CFR 1926.502(k)(7):The fall protection plan did not identify each location where conventional fall protection methods cannot be used, these locations were not then classified as controlled access zones (CAZ) having to comply with the criteria of paragraph (g) of this section. a) On or about November 19, 2024, on and around Building 2 at a job site known as both Innisbrook Apartments and Palm Harbor Apartments located at and around 36110 US HWY 19N Palm Harbor, FL: The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet, in that the employers fall protection plan did not identify and classify as CAZs, locations where conventional fall protection methods could not be used.
