29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2):Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of (IDENTIFY MATERIAL) listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 15 ppm: a. On or about November 15, 2024, at 3990 Dow Road, Melbourne, FL 32934, employee performed sandblasting and was exposed to barium sulfate reflecting results above the PEL. The employee's 8-hour TWA exposure was 24.65 ug barium sulfate per cubic meter of air.
